The quantities that I install disappear when I close the program.
You must first save the program to your hard drive. Open the program; go to file/Save AS… and save program to your desktop.
The master disk is formatted as Read Only. You cannot make changed to the master disk.
Remove master disk and store in a safe place.
When I install the program I receive a message that the Macro security is set too high.
This is a message coming from your Excel program. To fix this, Close your 1CEES program, Open a new Excel worksheet, go to Tools/Macro/Security and change your settings.
When I tried to print all I received was page after page of black pages.
If a page is formatted to print it will have a print button. When you are viewing a page you only see (1) page but this is really up to (50) pages on top of the other. To print a page that does not have a print button Highlight the portion or page that you would like to print. Go to file/print and choose selection. This will print only what is highlighted.
I can open the program but it want let me install quantities.
You must have an active Microsoft Excel program installed on your computer. You may have an Excel viewer, which allows you to view the program but not work in it. If you have just purchased a new computer you may confirm that your Excel software’s free trial has not expired.
Can I use your software on my Mac.?
Microsoft does offer a Mac. version of Office, which includes Excel. If you have a working version of Excel the 1CEES software will work.
When I try to open the software it ask me for a 12-digit code.
The 1CEES software will never ask you for a code.
All 1CEES software has been created to be plug and play.
If you install a 1CEES disk into your drive it will play if you have a working version of Microsoft Excel without being asked for passwords, codes, etc.
We have experienced this problem with a few customers that have just purchased a new computer.
Often times you will receive a trial version of a product or have not fully installed the products for example Microsoft Office.
Any codes that you are required to install will not be in any way connected to your 1CEES Software.
